Conference Registration
Cancellation policies:
Up to 30 days before the start of the event we charge 25% of the participation fee.
From 29 days before the start of the event on we charge 50% of the participation fee.
No shows are charged 100% unless there is a replacement.
Accommodation
Regarding accommodation during the conference, we would strongly recommend booking early due to a major fair in Frankfurt during this period. 80 rooms are reserved for EWMD guests and members until the 30.7.2017 at the IBB Hotel in Ingelheim which is within walking distance to the conference.
